£20m has been set aside for training women employed in London. Now you can train all your female staff to a high level, and the Government will help pay the bill!

Support is particularly aimed at women working in under-represented sectors, in management positions, and those who have had a career break.

This initiative is available to all women in London to gain Level 3 qualifications, whether they have no qualifications at all or a PhD, and even if they have already benefited from Train to Gain to Level 2.

There are thousands of Level 3 courses covering all sectors, including management and leadership courses as well as specialist skills training related to the needs of your business.

Just decide what training will benefit the women in your business, and the LSC will contribute up to 100% of the cost, depending on circumstances and the sector you work in.
